2. Upgraded Testing facilities
For Pump, Motor and Foundry Industrial applications - Up-gradation for Testing Facilities at SiTARC (NABL Accredited Lab) - Total investment in this segment is Rs.5.50 crores. COINDIA upgraded the testing facilities to cater the needs of SMEs to compete globally; in turn this will improve and promote the international business of the Pump, motor industries of this region. ULCE (underwriters Laboratory certification) and CSA (Canadian) Certification is possible in this Testing Laboratory which give more attract to cater the export business for the small industries.
3. An Industrial School (approved by Regional Director of Employment)
Catering to exclusive needs of socially backward/BPL individuals – Under Education cum Training Centre. COINDIA Industrial School (CIS) along with Govt. of Tamil Nadu conducting Training and skill development Programmes to the Rural people under “Vazhlndhukattuvom Project”. CIS gives training in engineering fields consisting of students, workman, rural youths etc. CIS is not only produce work man, but also employability to the candidates, which in turn helpful to the Coimbatore region industries to cater well trained work man for their working requirements.
4. CAD/CAM/CAE Training Centre
Backed by full-fledged Tool Room facility and Hi-Tech personnel to give on the job Training at our in-housed Tool Room.
5. Modern Tool Room
A common facility in Tamil Nadu - Product Die and Mould Centre & Common Modern Tool Room ( ISO 9001-2008 certified) - COINDIA Modern Tool Room has established extensive manufacturing capabilities covering areas of Product Development, Press Tools, Plastic Moulds, Pressure Die Casting Dies, backed by Pro-E, UG, AutoCAD software and hardware. Riding on this strong base, COINDIA will endeavor to make high end Tools & dies for all spheres of Industries including Aero space. With win-win pricing policy COINDIA shall offer shortest lead time to address effective customer satisfaction, to make Coimbatore based Industries enjoy edge in the globally competitive market. High End Machineries exported from various countries, costing about few crores each machine. SMEs could not afford to purchase these high precision and high valued machines.

6. Hi-Tech Rapid Product Development Centre
In India, as a common facility – first of its kind, COINDIA is having Rapid Proto Type (RPT) Development section with an investment of Rs. 8 Crore for Laser Sintered Mould/Core making machine. This is the only machine available in India for casting prototype development, otherwise castings are being imported. It can handle 5 basic metals such as Steel, SS, SG iron, Cast Iron and Aluminum. It is backed by a full fledged Modern Tool Room, equipped with Design studio.
7. Raw Material Bank
Pooling and Supplying of key raw materials for MSMEs with the minimum margin, say 0.5 to 1% in a cheaper price by bulk purchase. 1 acre land yard at Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore.
